About Ecoloop
We are a start up here in Salem trying to do something real about the waste we all create every day. Instead of letting food scraps head to the landfill, we pick them up from homes and turn them into nutrient-rich compost and other eco-friendly products that help rebuild soil and cut down on emissions. Our goal is simple close the loop on waste so the next generation inherits land that's healthier than the one we started with.

From Waste To Resources — The Ecoloop Process
Collection
Collection is where the loop begins. We make weekly doorstep pickups of food scraps, so family's can keep waste out of landfills. We offer paid and free landscaping services to those in-need looping the resulting debris back into production. we strive to turn waste into resources and build a sustainable future for our children.
Production
Production is the transformation step. We process food scraps and yard waste, creating nutrient-rich compost, herbs, and other eco friendly products that rebuild soil and reduce emissions. Not everything needs to be thrown away. Thoughtful and consistent work today will Produce a better world for our children tomorrow .
Community
We’re building a community. We have a dream of creating shared community gardens to can grow nutritious food together, and building to provide volunteer and employment opportunities for individuals with IDD. Every step helps build stronger connections, meaningful work, and a place where everyone belongs.
